Meredith started practicing Family Law in 1996 in Fremantle. In 2001, with 3 children under the age of 4, she started her own firm, which she ran until 2018 when she sold her practice. Meredith then joined a couple of city based firms before settling in to a Head of Practice position at Cullen Macleod.
Meredith has been an Independent Children's Lawyer and Child Representative since 2003, a mediator since 2012, a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner since 2013, an Arbitrator and Collaborative Professional since 2016 and a Child Consultant since 2017.
Whilst she enjoys the diversity of all areas of family law, Meredith has a particular passion for dispute resolution and parenting matters.
Meredith’s key areas of experience include:

- Advising and acting in respect of children and financial matters, in most cases resulting in mutually agreed outcomes

- Complex property settlement matters
- Negotiation and preparation of binding financial agreements

- Advising Applicants and Respondents in relation to violence restraining orders and misconduct restraining orders.
