Kylie Pritchard is a highly accomplished lawyer with a Distinction in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Murdoch University. Following her graduation in 2020, she was admitted to practice in Western Australia, leveraging 19 years’ experience in the legal industry, predominantly in probate and estate administration.
As an Associate at Cullen Macleod Lawyers, Kylie specialises in commercial and succession law. Her expertise lies in estate and succession planning, where she adeptly drafts a wide array of documents, including but not limited to simple and complex Wills with testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, enduring powers of guardianship, superannuation binding death benefit nominations, and trust deed variations.
Kylie's proficiency extends to administering deceased estates, encompassing the preparation of probate/letters of administration applications. She provides invaluable guidance to executors and trustees on their legal obligations and, when necessary, facilitates the Passing of Accounts in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
