Senior Associate - Family Law

Grace is a Senior Associate in the family law team at Cullen Macleod. Previously, she honed her skills at a boutique general practice, diversifying her legal expertise. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019 after completing her practical legal training with The Piddington Society. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia.

Grace specialises in all facets of family law, including parenting disputes, property settlements, and Binding Financial Agreements. Recognised for her sensitivity to the challenging nature of Family Court proceedings, she is committed to offering empathetic support to clients navigating these trying circumstances. With a particular interest in addressing family law issues that impact the LGBTQIA+ community, Grace strives to foster an inclusive environment where all clients feel supported. Her completion of the AVERT Family Violence Basics Course informs her nuanced understanding of family violence and its many implications within her practice.

Beyond her professional commitments, Grace dedicates time to contribute to the legal community. She embodies a spirit of mentorship as a volunteer judge for the high school Mock Trials Competition, as a mentee with UWA’s Blackstone mentoring program, and maintains active memberships with the Family Law Practitioners' Association WA and the Law Society WA.
