Daniel assists clients in the areas of Wills & Estates and Succession Planning .
Daniel joined Cullen Macleod Lawyers in February 2024 after 16 years’ experience in Succession Law at a mid-tier firm.

Daniel’s key areas of experience in Succession Law include:
- Succession Planning, including the drafting of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship;
- Simple and complex applications for grants of representation of deceased estates in Western Australia;
- Contested applications for grants of representation of deceased estates (and revocation of such grants) in Western Australia;
- Applications for provision (or further provision) from deceased estates pursuant to the Family Provision Act 1972 (WA), including experience in acting on behalf of claimants, defendant beneficiaries and the estate;
- The administration of deceased estates and trusts, including advising executors/administrators/trustees, the Passing of Accounts in relation to deceased estates and claims by and against executors/administrators and trusts/trustees;
- State Administrative Tribunal proceedings under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 (WA), including the appointment and removal of Attorneys/Enduring Guardians/Administrators/Guardians, review hearings, applications for directions and accounts of Attorneys/Administrators;
- Court actions for the recovery of estate/trust assets (including in relation to the mismanagement of the deceased’s persons affairs during their lifetime);
- Equitable claims (including constructive trust and equitable estoppel claims); and
- Mediation.
