- owners and parties with a legal interest in mortgage, caveat, easement and other property disputes
- parties in relation to insolvency and bankruptcy matters
- buyers and sellers in relation to default and termination disputes
- landlords and tenants in relation to lease disputes, including unpaid rent and ‘make good’ requirements
- builders and property owners in relation to building and construction disputes, including Construction Contract Act Adjudications
- parties in recovering, through use of enforcement orders including seizure and sale of property, debt appropriate orders, statutory demands and other enforcement orders.
Contested Probate matters - clients wanting to apply for guardianship and/or administration orders to assist in managing the legal and financial affairs as well as the health and well-being of those who are unable to do so for themselves.
- claims made by a person for greater provision from an Estate under the Family Provision Act.
