As Special Counsel in Cullen Macleod’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, Joshua advises clients on a range of civil litigation matters, with a focus on building, construction, and property-related disputes.
Since his admission in 2013, Joshua has developed extensive experience across both residential and commercial construction matters. He regularly assists clients with issues arising under building contracts, including delays, progress payment claims, and defective workmanship.
Joshua also acts in lease disputes involving unpaid rent, early terminations, and make-good claims, as well as sale of land matters where settlement has failed or warranties have been breached. He is skilled at both making and defending payment claims, helping clients protect their interests in often high-stakes scenarios.
Before joining Cullen Macleod in 2020, Joshua worked at both international and boutique law firms. His broad legal background allows him to bring creative, well-rounded solutions to complex problems.
