What we’re looking for
We have recently recruited some new solicitors for roles within our team and we’re continuing to expand. Our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team require a solicitor who loves the fast pace of litigation work, working as part of a team and has the experience to run their own files.
General requirements:
- Comfortable in conducting client interviews and providing initial advice.
- Able to quickly and effectively build a rapport of trust and confidence with clients.
- Able to deal with client matters efficiently, cost effectively and practically.
- Strong skills in legal analysis and writing.
- Good file management skills.
Additional ‘would be great’ but not essential:
- Interest in technology and how that can assist lawyers and client services.
- Interest in helping develop the operations and future of Cullen Macleod.
